We go through each day feeling unhappy about work, relationship, home and even with ourselves. The stress often comes in a time that is most inconvenient to us and it lingered for several days. Often when we feel down, how does it affects our decision to better negotiate for our health (sexual health) and how some of the people cope by turning to drugs. How we de-stress depend on what is the cause of the stress itself. This workshop will explore how simple relaxation methods can help with alleviating some of the stress in our mind, body and soul.
